Time is running out! At the end of the day on June 30, we bid a fond farewell to the use of the paper proposal approval form (PAF) at U-M. The retirement of the paper PAF also marks a major project milestone.
In his message to the Research community on June 10, 2009, Jim Randolph shared key dates and other ePAF retirement specifics. While the option to use the paper process for proposal approvals and routing officially ends June 30, those PAFs initiated prior to June 30, will be honored and processed by DRDA through July 31, 2009.
Beginning July 1, all proposals must be created and routed in eRPM. DRDA will officially close the chapter on the use of paper on August 3, when paper PAFs will no longer be accepted.
A variety of training options and reference materials are available on the eRPM Training page. Register for instructor-led workshops on the U-M Research web site.
